Security

In order to protect our customers' and our interests, customers' UnitMover accounts, and funds, our customers may have to provide us with photocopies of their documents, such as their photo ID, most recent utility bill and other documents that may prove their identity and/or address. UnitMover LLC may verify customers' phone numbers for their and self protection. UnitMover LLC may investigate any transaction that may seem suspicious or questionable. Should proper information or documentation not be supplied to its satisfaction, UnitMover LLC reserves the right to refuse service and not process orders.

No Warranty

We provide our website and services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.

Liability Limit

In no event shall we or our suppliers be held responsible for lost profits or any special, incedental or consequential damages arousing out of, or in connection with our site, our services or these terms and condititons, however arising.

If, for any reason whatsoever, UnitMover LLC is not able to process an order as requested by a customer, UnitMover LLC will only be liable and will refund the customer for the same amount, and in the same form it had received Gold, Funds, or otherwise from its customer.

Customers hereby wave any right to any additional compensation beyond a refund.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UnitMover LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by yourself and/or any party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or otherwise arising out of the use of the UnitMover LLC service(s).

Refund/Return Policy

1. A customer can return a purchased item to the Company within 7 days after the date the respective customer received their product.

2. A refund will be issued in the same form used to purchase the item. Applicable return fees carried by the company may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. The Company reserves the right to keep any fees associated with the customer purchase.

4. The refund will be processed within 3 business days after it has been requested.

5. The Company reserves the right to refuse any future business from the customer who processed the refund.

Note

Acts of fraud or any other unlawful attempts (including abusive content and/or speech) against UnitMover LLC, associates thereof, or the general public will result in UnitMover LLC sharing any known information related to the act with the appropriate Law Enforcement and Banking Authorities; as well as with e-gold, G&SR/OmniPay, e-bullion, GoldMoney, WebMoney, 1mdc, Pecunix, HyperWallet, EMOCorp and any interested business associates; as well as holding funds until any questionable matter is resolved.

UnitMover LLC offers its services as a third party, and is not related to e-gold, G&SR/ OmniPay, e-bullion, GoldMoney, WebMoney, 1mdc, Pecunix, HyperWallet or EMOCorp.
