In order to open a UnitMover account, you must provide us with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. In order to extend your UnitMover account transaction limits, you have to provide your valid landline phone number and your valid residential address. Your account transaction limits will also lift every time you conduct a good exchange transaction with us (only payment option to Electronic Currency exchange transactions apply). You may also be required to provide us with photocopies of your original documents: Photo ID, Utility Bill, Bank Account Statement and/or any other documents, which may be needed in order to verify your particular UnitMover exchange transaction. Each document you provide us with helps us to ensure security of you as one of our valuable customers, our valuable customers and integrity of our service. We also ask you to choose one of Security Questions to answer (such as your Favorite pet's name) during the account registration process. This information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password should you ever forget or lose your password, protect your account against fraud or unauthorized access, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.

UnitMover does not retain any information from its customers. Neither do we supply, sell or provide information in any way to third parties concerning our customers unless a legal document is issued to provide with such information. Any new customer registering at the UnitMover website has to enter true and correct information. Our site uses secure 128-bit SSL encryption so that no information can be transmitted out of our site. That information is stored at a secure and closed section of our site. We guarantee no customer information may be stolen by anyone.

UnitMover is not responsible for any privacy policy or lack thereof, from any of the links that take you outside of our website. Neither are we responsible for the contents of these links. Our Privacy Policy applies to our legitimate customers only. Any customer attempting to defraud us or anybody else is therefore not considered as a customer of ours, and our Privacy Policy does not apply to such individuals.
